Tracking Your Progress!

Hello Beautifuls!

Keeping track of your progress is not only encouraging and motivational but it’s a great benchmark that will help you see how far you have come.

there are hundreds of ways to see where you started and how far you have come.

The go-to way we all use is the dreaded bathroom scale. Even though a useful tool, we strongly encourage you to not base the numbers on the scale as your only unit of measurement!! Numbers on a scale can change quickly or not change at all due to a number of reasons!

When we here at Live Fit Canada host a challenge we use the below chart and strongly encourage our challengers to measure themselves along with stepping on the scale and finding a piece of clothing they love that they want to fit better.

NOTE: We don’t want our challengers to find those jeans that they hope to one day fit back into! We don’t want our challengers to find the swim suit they once wore! it’s all about small victories! In 21 days although you can expect a major change we’re all about small and short term goals!

A piece of clothing you already wear that you want to wear better with more confidence is what this is all about! After 21 days being able to put that dress on with confidence is not only going to give your the oumf back in your step but it will give your motivation to KEEP.GOING!

Below is the benchmark chart we use! We love this free printable because not only does it come with two but it’s very clear and easy to see where you have to measure!

Regardless if your weight it’s important to note that if the numbers don’t change, it’s not a bad thing! Muscle weighs more than fat and everybody is different in the way they loose their weight that meanwhile you could be loosing weight in your legs, you’re building muscle in your arms!

It’s important not to get discouraged and remember - this is a journey. Feeling good on the inside will make you feel you feel good on the outside!
